A festive twist on Northern Star, this silky milk porter is infused with cinnamon during fermentation for some seasonal spice, and backed up with vanilla and chocolate for that extra bit of decadence.

We took a base of Munich & Vienna malts, then layered it with a mix of specialty malts to create a rich wort that was then whirlpooled with Cocoa husks to amplify the chocolate notes from the malts. Fermented with lager yeast and cold conditioned until left with a rich and smooth chocolate character.
